 Mitsubishi Lancer

The base Lancer came newly equipped with front-wheel drive and a five-speed manual transmission standard, offering powerful engines which are tuned for the track. This used Lancer SE CVT presents an automatic transmission along with all-wheel drive standard, the only vehicle in this class to do so.

The Lancer’s base four-cylinder engine delivers substantial power for everyday use, with Lancer CVT SE AWD upping that extra power. The main feature setting the SE apart from the DE, ES, and GT Lancers is that fantastic four-wheel drive in the form of Mitsubishi's All-Wheel-Control (AWC) system. The SE includes a rocker switch on the console that allows the driver to select front-wheel-drive, all-wheel-drive, or differential-lock mode, which maintains power at all four wheels. Couldn’t be easier. The Lancer SE and GT also present an upgrade to a 2.4-liter four that produces 168 hp and 167 lb-ft of torque.

The used Mitsubishi Lancer's interior is spacious with plenty of legroom in the rear seats, another best in class. Lancer’s trunk can hold 12.3 cubic feet of cargo, generous for everyday use. The 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer comes standard with a four-speaker CD audio system, power windows and door locks, air conditioning, a USB port, Bluetooth, satellite radio, a Rockford Fosgate sound system, a navigation system and a rearview camera.

The Lancer's deeply hooded tachometer and speedometer are sharp and eye-catching.

The back seat leg room, as previously mentioned, is an unambiguous plus. The Lancer's high rear bench and adequate head and legroom are especially welcome in a class where we’re seeing more and more compacts with cramped back seat

The 2.4-liter, four-cylinder engine has more resolve than most other small sedans, with its potent 168 horsepower. The 2014 Lancer SE CVT responds quickly to accelerator input and you won’t see delay as in other CVTs when you need quick response for passing.

The Lancer receives the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety's Top Safety Pick designation with its best score, Good, in frontal-offset, side, rear and roof-strength tests.

Standard safety features include front airbags, front-seat-mounted side-impact airbags, side curtain airbags for front and rear occupants, and a driver's knee airbag. A used base Lancer with front-wheel drive scores an overall four out of five stars in National Highway Traffic Safety Administration crash tests.

 Jeep

Jeep calls the Trailhawk the most off-road capable vehicle in its class, which probably doesn’t come as a surprise; it is a Jeep after all.

Jeep declares that the “Trail Rated” badge on its side indicates, “…that the vehicle is designed to perform in a variety of challenging off-road conditions identified by five key consumer-oriented performance categories: traction, ground clearance, maneuverability, articulation and water fording.”

And the 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk delivers on this promise. Looking at its standard specs demonstrates how.

The Pentastar V6, which powers the Trailhawk, is rated at 271 hp and 239 lb-ft.; at full throttle, it gives a muscular roar, which we all love to hear! Under more normal loads though, engine sounds were pleasingly absent from the cabin.

It’s not just the engine noises that are nonexistent from the cabin; wind and ambient road noise disappear into the ether. The Cherokee Trailhawk’s cabin is amazingly quiet for the elegant workhorse that it is, a very nice complement to Jeep’s remarkable attention to detail and build quality.

Got a route full of spiky rocks? Muddy road up to the wheel covers? Boulders? Believe it or not: No problem.

The Trailhawk comes with the amazing Jeep Active Drive Lock (JADL) all wheel drive system that assists the Trailhawk in tackling with ease and confidence every obstacle it is presented with.

On other iterations of the Cherokee, the JADI is the basic all-wheel drive system with only one operation: on or off. Like the other 4×4 models, JADI operates primarily in front-wheel drive mode, disconnecting the rear axle for improved efficiency. When the vehicle senses the need for all-wheel drive, it will flawlessly engage the rear axle.

As for JADL: this system includes all the features of Jeep Active Drive II and adds a locking rear differential for superior low-speed power for severe off-road conditions. That’s a mouthful, and that's a lot of driving ability! JADL is standard on all Trailhawk models.  Come in and talk to our Jeep professionals about all the power and technical features for the Cherokee Trailhawk!

As good as the Cherokee Trailhawk is off-road - it gets even better on the road. The Trailhawk’s handling is astounding: its suspension was tuned for the trail but on the highway, performance is stellar. At high-speeds, cornering is met without complaint or body roll. And rough road lumps and bumps are absorbed with cool composure. High-speed, rapid braking is incredibly self-possessed, something missing in others in the class and CUVs.

Along with its stylin’ matte-black hood accent and red tow hooks, the Trailhawk boasts many functional extras including a one-inch factory lift, the Jeep Active Drive Lock with locking rear differential, and a set of skid plates.

The interior is also an example in how to add utility without spoiling an interior; it has one of the best infotainment systems in the industry, Uconnect, on an 8.4-inch screen. There’s loads of leg and head room and plenty for cargo – the driver can get the electric rear lift opening from a button right next to the steering wheel. It’s a truly a great vehicle!

Come in to Kelly Automotive to test drive this amazing Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk before it flies away!

 Town & Country

The 2015 Chrysler Town & Country minivan amazes with a surplus of family-friendly value. For example: manually retractable sunshades for the second and third-row side windows, a standard conversation mirror that allows a wide-angle view of rear passengers from the front seat; driver and passenger side power sliding doors; Blu-ray player with wireless headphones and two separate, high-quality 9-inch drop-down screens for the second and third rows. The rear entertainment system also features an HDMI input and a household outlet for gaming systems, plus two additional USB charge ports in the back. A single-screen rear DVD entertainment system is standard starting on Touring.

There is a nifty USB input up front which allows you to transfer a flash drive loaded with music to the system's built-in hard drive.

Town & Country's two greatest strengths are looks and driving. The Chrysler's 283-horsepower, 3.6-liter V-6 may be the most powerful engine in the class. The Town & Country has terrific acceleration when loaded with people or cargo, it can handle extra weight like a champ.

Since minivans are first and foremost a family vehicle you just won't find an equally space-efficient vehicle; you might be tempted by an SUV but it just can’t give you the room on the inside as the Town & Country. The cabin isolates occupants from rough roads extremely well and absorbs the lumps and bumps along the way.

The Chrysler Town & Country comes with standard captain's chairs for the second row and a bench seat in the third row, for a maximum of seven occupants. Leather upholstery is standard in the Town & Country. The front seats are remarkably nice to look at and completely satisfying to sit in with soft cushioning and good back support. The second-row captain's chairs serve dual usage because of the standard Stow 'n Go folding capability, a very welcome usability feature. This ingenious design opens up a tremendous amount of room with just a couple of touches.

Finally, the third row provides extreme comfort for adults, certainly more accommodating than in most SUVs.  And of course there's plenty of room for kids of all ages back there. Standard safety features on the Town & Country include a backup camera, side curtain airbags for all three rows and a knee airbag for the driver.

We welcome you to Kelly Cars to test drive our previously owned, luxurious Town & Country inventory and see what options packages are available!

 Dodge Avenger

The used Dodge Avenger is a midsize sedan with smooth V-6 off-the-line power; Dodge’s V6 is among the best out there. This engine feels as powerful as a V8, gets impressive fuel economy and with the 283-horsepower engine it accelerates easily up to highway speeds. The V6 engine includes dual exhaust tips, R/T models have a body-color grille and blacked-out trim. The SE model is fitted with 17-inch wheels standard.

To match its rather intimidating name, the used Avenger has a sort of a vigilante look. Dodge’s recognizable cross-hair grille rides between large headlights; the sidelines are accented with distinct fender arches, and the fender line rises in the rear, leading to large taillights to balance what’s going on upfront. It’s an assertive design.

In 2011, the car got a restyled interior and the V-6, as well as a retuned suspension. The significant changes— the Avenger's final model year — were that the Blacktop and Rallye appearance packages were now offered on more trim levels.

This midsize family sedan rides firm. Its suspension is refined and free of any unforgiving reactions on bumpy pavement. It feels like a more premium vehicle in its ride, with commendable, composed cornering.

There's good legroom for taller adults in the backseat, a 60/40-split folding backseat is standard. Cabin storage areas include a console bin with upper and lower compartments, an open area in front of the gear selector, and door pockets.

The interior designers for this Dodge delivered a pleasing interior for the used Avenger, with a handsome design, comfortable and supportive seats, appealing colors, quality fabrics and soft-touch materials.

Dodge has kept the Avenger's controls simple; the air conditioning system's three-knob layout isn't as modern as the current touch-sensitive pads out there, but it's easier to adjust cabin temperature without having to take your eyes off the road. They work well and don't require a lot of attention. The touch-screen menus are intuitive and the system responds quickly to selections.

With outstanding value in its class the uniquely styled Avenger is a great choice!
